I have visited the lowes on the highway between port authur and beaumont. Do not go there if you need help with a purchase. One emoyee could not put away his snack long enough to help my wife. Others there have a attitude that if its here buy it if it isnt dont bother me to see if we will ever get it. Jasper store employees could stay in the office all day and still beat port authhur lowes in service. Manager at port authur store must not ever walk around to see what employees are doing.
I always go to jasper lowes instead of beaumont for the customer service, bmt. Store is like a ghost town when it comes to employees. Jasper store has always been helpful and when delivering the staff is great, I don't shop anywhere else.
Most times When I go to Liwes Home Improvement store in Jasper TexasI can't find anyone to help. I talked to a worker there and the told me they are understaffed big time, the few that I do ask where and item is Don't Know. When you go be patient because it's going to take you awile to get help !!!!
There is no sales people ever when I need help. It makes me upset when I finally track someone down and then the know no more then I !!!! What a low rated store. Gives me a headache thinking about having to go there and shop
