This is a great store. I would reccomend them to anyone. When it seems like your not going to get what you wanted they found a way. Best place to shop appliances.

This location is always full of friendly and helpful staff.
The customer service at this location sucks. What's the point of ordering online if when you go to pick up an order that says is ready just to have to wait an hour to fulfill it? Don't waste your time with this location. The one in Pikeville is better.
