Ordered tools. Store kept trying to cancel my order. I kept accepting delay and they cancelled right before Christmas. Horrible experience.
It is so hard to get help,especially if you call,l stood on hold for up to 45 minutes, calling 3 times in 3hrs,and finally drove 10 miles and my phone was still ringing, it is getting worse
It's better stock than home Depot Biltmore compact but the last time we were there the trees were all falling over in the garden and no one was picking them up also we had to ask for help to find stuff and they couldn't find it but we did after searching
