Not great customer service there, return policies are horrible. Plus the people who work at the return counter are rude
Customer service was absolutely useless. I’ve called multiple times after my order was not delivered and they either “put you on hold” but then never pick up the phone again or they will tell you it on its way and still never came. Very frustrating.
Order online, pickup in store makes it really convenient.
