Did not receive all of my delivery items. Was on "chat" for about a week and no resolution. The store customer service put me on hold for about 20 minutes. Gave up. I will give ACE and Home Depot our business.
I went to the Lowe’s in Harriman Tennessee to return a box of staples around $30 value. I had the card on file it was less than a week. I confirmed it was the card on file on the bank statement and their system was malfunctioning and could not accept my card so they wouldn’t do the return. They thought well maybe store credit then they couldn’t do that either and a manager refused to override it at the end of the day.
