Always great service
Went to buy a fridge and asked to order one we saw on the floor and they said they dont carry it and nor do any stores around so we cant get it. I asked if we can have the one on the floor they said no we cant sell that one. I asked why they have it for sale on the floor if a customer cant purchase it and she said it is above her paid grade to know. No help at all to Lowes and Pam. I'll be going to home depot.
The manager Megan was incredibly rude and walked away from us while we were asking her a question. I've never been treated so rudely at a Lowe's. Most of the other employees have always been super helpful.
It has been 3 months and I’m still dealing with a fence I cannot use, the contractor that was sent out done a horrible job and Lowe’s never came and inspected their work, the fence was not even connected to the wire in most areas and the wire also not even in the ground, my dog as gotten out and opened every area the fence was not connected, to say I am upset is an understatement!
