We had a dryer ordered, but couldn’t be delivered for a few days. When it arrived, the drivers stated that they were 3rd party, brought the wrong set up for our new dryer, and one of the drivers spoke zero English. When asked about what we needed for the dryer, they just kept saying it would work, but offered no assistance, and left everything there. This store has gone so far down hill. I never had such a problem giving a company a few grand for a product in my life. Went on a Friday night to buy a mower. Planned on using a check. After half an hour of farting around with a ‘new guy’ from lawn and garden / seasonal the cashier at customer service finally got to ringing us out. Check declined (funds were available).
