Customer Service Sucks You can never find anyone in any department with the desire to help you! I live around the corner from the store but when I had $60,000 to spend to rebuild after Hurricane Sandy, I took the money to the Lowes in Manchester. Fabulous customer service! I knew every employee and they knew me on a first name basis. It was definitely going out of my way for better service.
