Started of nicely BUT... Started out nice BUT....Ordered french doors for our sunroom and was disappointed that I couldn't have the full glass because we needed a dog door installed. Horrible When I first bought some plywood from Lowe's about a year ago, the man helping me said I could come get it cut to the exact sizes I needed it to be that I just needed to have my receipt with me each time. Since that day, I've gotten my wood cut with no problems but the last three times. The last three times they have given me excuse after excuse why they couldn’t cut my wood. Why? Terrorized at Lowes by their employees I went to buy outlets for my living room the goal was to have them all match so my step son and I were trying to figure out how many outlets and face plates we needed and apparently we weren't shopping according to Lowes Approved Method, so they detained us and called the police. Lowes installation is horrible We bought a dish washer at the end October 2014 and after we installed it we noticed it had a leak. We went back to Lowes and exchanged it for a different model and bought their installation package this time. I took a vacation day to be home for the day of installation 12-05-14. Customer Service Sucks You can never find anyone in any department with the desire to help you! I live around the corner from the store but when I had $60,000 to spend to rebuild after Hurricane Sandy, I took the money to the Lowes in Manchester. Fabulous customer service! I knew every employee and they knew me on a first name basis. It was definitely going out of my way for better service.
Love Lowe's I don't understand why there are only 3 reviews of such a great store. I am a woman and my favorite gift cards are Lowes and Amazon. I mean they literally have everything you could ever want or need to improve your home plus just regular household items. And I don't know if you are aware of it or not but they have the best flowers, bulbs, trees, shrubs, etc,. than any landscape store and they are guaranteed.
