Slow slow slow service
At around 6:30 pm this evening at the Madison, GA Lowe’s two associates really bent over backwards to help me get the yard drainage supplies I needed. Ronnie showed me the location of everything I needed, even finding some items I was hunting for that had proven to be elusive. Also, a young lady (I did not get her name) who works in fulfillment was very helpful with price checks and helping dig out some perforated pipe from the bottom of a stack of PVC.
I absolutely love this Lowes location and they have the best employees!! I came in Tuesday and Cheryl helped me with paint. Super outgoing and very talkative which I loved. The guy in the back helped me with an item I needed for my kitchen. I didn’t quite catch his name but he was super friendly and knew exactly what I was asking for. Jaden at customer service was so sweet and respectful. She was very backed up with customers but still took the time to help me with my Lowe’s account.
