Lowe's in Mocksville has absolutely the best personnel of any home improvement store! Those in Mocksville are particularly helpful - and cheerful. If they cannot help you, they will do their best to find someone in the store who can. I can get to the Winston-Salem store on Hanes Mall in less time, but I will drive to Mocksville because of the service. That is why I give the store a 5-star. However, word of warning about their installers!! I have been waiting for over a week to hear from an installer (independent contractor) ... read more

Lowe's Home Improvement in Mocksville, NC is a great store. I always find friendly employees ready to help. They take the time to discuss your project with you, and always seem to have helpful advice. They also suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality in your project. They are my store of choice, and a good example for some of Lowe's other stores.
