If I could give a minus I would. I am a contractor and always in need of supplies. I know this location was the WORST in the US but today was beyond anything we had ever experienced. We placed a large order yesterday to be delivered today. A guy came this morning and said he had the wrong truck. It was a big order. He couldn't deliver. I spent the next 5 hours since 8:00 am this morning trying to get someone to help figure out when this order was going to be delivered. Just want to say I really appreciate the good service that I received today in the lawn garden Department from Daniel and Kyle and a couple of other guys. I was able to purchase a utility trailer and a new zero turn that I needed desperately and the guys really made it seamless and very easy and I enjoyed the experience very much.
Lowes typically has everything needed. It would get more stars if they would allow military discounts on appliances or big ticket items and if they had cashiers...typically the self checkout are the only ones available.
