Update today 9-03-25. I was shopping at your store and I would like to give special thanks to the cashier, the gentlemen in the hardware department, Willie and Earl for helping pick out my purchases and loading them into my car. I purchased a washer at Lowe’s Marianna Fl and it was supposed to be delivered on September 01. So when I called today to find out why it had not been delivered I had to speak to several people and Mike the Lowe’s manager cursed at me and told me the washer would not be delivered at all! He canceled my order. I spent over a thousand dollars on this washer and still have no washer.
Bought a gas stove and wanted installation. There is a cost on the website and on their computer screen along with clearly indication of the process. I was informed their contractor does not install gas appliances. Then why an associated cost along with the info? Misleading and false website and store info for customers. They should have qualified contractors for what they sell.
