Richard and Julian delivered our refrigerator on 09/07/26 from the Elkin store. There was some extra work involved to get it into the house because of the size of the refrigerator. They did an outstanding job getting it into the house and setup. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Their customer service was outstanding and I think they deserve to be recognized for this.

Stood at the lumber registers for 20+ mins. Then they let an old man in front of me even after I said I was waiting for them to at least notice me. This is 3 times at different ones and ill never go back. Home depot at least keeps their lumber straight and their workers are always friendly even on their bad days. The lowes in Logan WV told me wood is made crooked. So 80 sheets of osb board will be bought from Home depit or local lumber companies. Never again will I ever go in another. The workers at Lowe’s were very helpful in helping us get in contact with Gasland to get a replacement cool top using our insurance. Gasland was very helpful although we had a few bumps along the way they were professional and helpful in getting the replacement in a timely manner.

Truly the best Lowe's experience every time I go in.
