Large selection with helpful staff!
I live and work locally its bad experience every visit. bad attitude from employees, the worst plumbing section I have ever seen, and one employee check out line/commercial, while one employee runs 4 self checkouts, I have seen the employee check out line half way down the store because we dont want to use self check outs bad management I expect them to lose alot of business when rural king comes to town Update just went in to get a garden sprayer and 2 spray bottles they spent money to have an employee maned check out regis... read more
Nice store
This company is going down hill fast in my town. I hope others aren't like this one. You can never get any one to help you and when you do catch someone they can't answer your questions. It literally took me 3 laps around the store to get helped and when I did,it was from another customer that noticed my frustration. I sure wish Elkin had a home Depot so I wouldn't have to return to Lowe's
