I had purchased 195 ft of 4 gage copper wire and returned back to the property where the wire was needed and the electrician told me he couldn't use that and that I needed 2/0 and 1/0 copper wiring ~ When I tried to return the wire ONE HOUR later . . . I was told by several employees they could NOT refund my money because they don't return cut wire . Don't use them to get estimates and do REAL work. They just go through the motions so they don't get in trouble with Corporate. They overprice their estimates so that you WON'T use them! Corporate needs to do something about this store!

I needed a new roof due to age and called to get an estimate. The lady I spoke with promised someone would call back in 24 hours which didn't happen. Three days later and several calls to managers their representative showed up so I told him 20 year shingles, 15# felt, new skylight, and replace the fascia boards.
