We just moved to this area from Los Angeles and so we headed to Lowes for some appliances and other things. Well the day after we purchased our washer it started leaking. With 4 little ones in the house it was really unnerving to think that the washer we had JUST purchased was out of order and we were SOL. We have been in this Lowe's store MANY times, and are well treated by all employees and know many of them by name. We have had an excellent relationship with the store management in the past, especially Jamie Smith and big Jon, the assistant manager. We are sorry neither are there anymore, but that's business, I guess. While we don't know the current managers as well, our contact has been cordial and they are helpful.
