Repeatedly disappointed with this store. Place an order for pickup, day comes and goes, next day comes and goes, can't reach anyone by phone, days pass before my order is ready for pick up. Order for delivery, told 7am-7pm, nobody shows up, next day, nobody shows up. Now I order something that includes free assembly, days have passed because "we don't have anyone working today that can do assembly," I tell them well forget it, just get it ready so I can pick it up, since I've paid for it days ago, and I'll assemble it. Not happy that they allow the flock cameras in their parking lot.
Worker would not get the 30 bags we need off the second shelf with forklift. He stood there and watched us climb the shelf and get them ourself. Then as we are in check out line noticed a lady In her 80s was pushing a bunch of lumber out and none of the workers would help her load it. So I personally had to go out there and help her. Then when I went back in to check out my self and the workers closed the roll up door. So we had to push the 30 bags on the cart through man door
Just want to show appreciation to Allen in cabinets he went above and beyond yesterday to help solve our issue with a 3rd party vendor and made it right thanks again for your help your willingness to go the extra mile was very appreciated! We built a new house and got basically everything from lowes every employee has been nothing but helpful. Also a shout out to appliance salesman Michael helped us get all new Samsung appliances and we love them!
