The store and store personnel are great…. But… EVERY TIME I purchase delivery items it’s a cluster of incompetency. It’s stupid stuff like: 1. I made the purchase using my name, phone, and email. 2. They text my wife’s phone and they don’t have the order listed under my phone or email. 3. When she forwards me the text and I click the “manage your order” it doesn’t even recognize my email or phone. It takes me to a you tube video. 4. Attempted to make a return on a patio cover (purchased March 2026) that ripped under the manufacturers 3 year warranty. Called Lowes customer service who provided a return authorization number AND an email with confirmation that I can return the cover to ANY Lowes. This Lowes manager...believe named Phil...refused my return since it was past the 90 days. The associate even advised I had an authorization number. I can’t get ANYONE on the phone . Called four times and I’ve sat on hold for over five minutes each time for small appliances. Their customer service has gone way downhill..
