A very bad experience. My hot water heater died as the result of a burst pipe in my home. I called Lowes to obtain a replacement. They had one delivered and assured me that their installers would get everything installed for me. Ever since the installation of the new hot water heater through the installation company (called 800 Heaters), I have had trouble with my hot water.
