Curbside Pickup? More Like DIY Pickup. I've used Lowe's curbside pickup multiple times, and it's never worked as promised. Every single time, I end up having to go inside — either because no one comes out or because the staff seems unaware an order was even placed. This is a message and shout out to Chris in plumbing who, with only 15 minutes to closing today, had me as a customer asking him to troubleshoot some intense bidet water pressure output with some grainy, dark, poorly shot photographs of the setup I was working with. The man came to the rescue and called in his coworker over the phone to help and he ended up double checking the product by testing to part in the store to ensure it fit, and also gave me the name of another store to try (NOT Home Depot) as a plan B just in case ... read more

I was very disappointed with Lowe's curbside pick up. I waited 45 minutes and nobody brought my online site-to-store item out to me. After twenty minutes I called customer service and they said somebody would be out shortly. I waited 25 additional minutes before going inside to speak with a manager. No more curbside pick up or Lowe's visits for me. FYI: The associate, Jackie, that finally brought my microwave out was nice.
