Associates are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes finding an associate is more difficult than finding the item that I need. Have encountered problems with finding the best item for my project and sometimes a limited selection. Like all other stores there are far to many things made overseas which is the result of manufacturing leaving the U.S.A.
