I will not shop at Lowe's again. It has been a bureaucratic nightmare! I purchased a chest freezer on June 27 for in-store pick up. The item was delayed in transit and when it finally arrived a few days late, I found that the unit was damaged during delivery. Upon returning the unit to the Erie location, the staff ordered me a new one and I when I swiped my card their computer system glitched out.
