It's not often that I take the time to write a negative review of a department store, but this particular Lowe's location deserves and needs the feedback. We have made purchases at this store three times in the past week, making us frequent customers. During every visit, we found the aisles cluttered with merchandise and stocking carts, making it difficult to navigate the store and locate products. Needed a piece of lumber cut in store. I then waited 20 minutes for the store to get someone to do the cut. Guy walks up, smiles and says a 4*4 is too wide for him to cut, then shrugs and walks off. Needless to say I returned the wood and left.
