I got a $41 gift card from Lowe’s Franklin after spending thousands on appliances for reimbursement on the wrong part. It didn’t work. Was referred to customer service to an elderly redhead woman who said I tried to reuse it and scratched code off the back when it was the worker who did. Ordered online and picked up the next day. Great experience.
Just have one question why would you have your lumber section closed on a Saturday morning one hour after opening to stock lumber and also your door and windows closed as well. This has happened more than once with the Franklin store.Seems like there is a problem with magiment when it comes to stocking items during peak shopping hours like SATURDAY MORNINGS
