I'd like to thank Alvin in the Appliance Department for going above and beyond in service. I purchased a stove and was having difficulty with the controls. I ordered custom cabinets for all of my bathrooms at this Lowe’s store. When I received the Vanity Cabinets, the drawers were cockeyed and do not function properly or smoothly. When all of the drawers are closed, they are not flush and even. Some of the corners stick out unevenly. I have communicated with this store repeatedly to try and get assistance with this issue and they tell me because they did not install the cabinets. There is nothing they can do. I had a bad experience with a project at a Lowes store before HS built one. Also, delivery of appliances would always be late or cancelled. So I essentially used Best Buy for those (always on time, better warranty, better card). But for THIS project I was assured there wouldn't be a problem, again. So I gave the ma try on a simple project: 3 storm doors bought and installed. But... there were only problems.
