Their order pickup takes forever. There’s only one guy filling orders for everything from small items to tractors. Wait times typically take over 20 minutes. When they do finally get to you it’s a scavenger hunt to find your order. Twice I’ve ordered things, were told they were ready, then had to go pull stuff off of the shelf. That negates order pickup. Home Depot has stuff ready in five minutes at the most.
avoid this location like the plague. The appliances dept is awful.
This is in reference to the Middletown DE location. I have been to the store several times and called for help, but rarely can get anyone to help with anything. Great for the little things but don't expect assistance with appliances, kitchen, bath, floors, etc...
Every experience that I’ve had at this store has been satisfying.
