If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband and I ordered a washer and dryer from lowes and paid for the installation. The company came to deliver and install it Friday. Upon installation, the individual incorrectly turned on our water line and broke the pipe. Water was everywhere. We had to use our emergency shut off valve to shut the water off to the entire house.
