In a price comparison today for a major purchase, this location beat out the nearby Home Depot 9/25/25 update. This place is a ghost town. Thursday at 2:30 and hardly anyone is there. The staff is notoriously absent as well. I asked a guy for a tool (where to find) and he pointed me to the right direction but that was it. At least at the Depot they walk with you and help make sure you find what you’re looking for. BTW, they didn’t have it. I get to go next door now.
Horrible customer experience with the staff
Purchased two-(2) gallons of custom color Deck Correct, only to discover after the first gallon was applied that the color wasn't even close to what I to paint department to be matched. When I said something to the associate behind the counter, all she offered was an apology! . See photo’s
went in on saturday evening to make a large appliance purchase and could not find anyone to help us stood there for 45 minutes and pushed the button for help multiple times and no one showed up store was like a ghost town ended up going someplace else and got promptly helped
