POOR STORE MANAGEMENT!!! Horrible curbside pickup experiences!!! Three bad experiences in a row. 1) After waiting at curbside for 10 minutes, I went inside to the customer service desk. When I asked about curbside, I was told the curbside person did not come in that morning. I asked if they had thought about placing a sign at the curbside parking area stating that curbside was unavailable. To which I was told no. Worst Lowes experiance i've ever had !!! From staff members ignoring me and not doing thier jobs correctly and the managers no where to be found !!! 3 hours for a pick up !!!
Came in to purchase a $700 Weber grill. Sales associate ghosted us after asking a simple question. Will go to Home Depot up the street. Bunch of young kids who could care less.
Nobody knows where anything is located. Hard to find help
