This Lowes is entirely unreliable for quotes when it comes to floor work. Originally we were told they could schedule for a saturday then unannounced Lowes changed our appointment to a middle of the day during a weekday. We assumed originally it was the person measuring.... Come to find out its Lowes automatically adjusting without consultation to the customer so don't expect lowes to be mindful to your schedule. I spent over $2000 for a new stove and refrigerator and now I spent at least an hour and a half trying to reach someone at Lowe’s. I sit with a gas range that I can’t use because I need help with the installation, go figure! Lowe’s customer service is horrendous, horrendous horrendous, horrendous, horrible!
No customer service no check out options when you don’t have a price on an item. Waste customers time.
