Pretty good service depending on the department. I had excellent service at the paint desk one day by a young lady, the next day I had some guy that seemed a little over his head. The lawn and garden department is good and the staff are helpful. I do wish they would open 2 counters in the lumber area more often. The line can get very long.
This Lowes is horrible absolutely horrible. Buy what you need elsewhere. And if it's a appliance then Run! I bought a Dishwasher Sunday 5th at 8;30 at night. My wife and I took it home and I installed it Monday the 6th 2025. Installing a Dishwasher isn't my first time. Tuesday night at about 6;45 (the 7th) we turned it on for the first time.
