I love those even though the prices are a bit high, it's too fun to shop
DO NOT HIRE LOWE'S TO INSTALL YOUR ROOF! They did not replace any of the wood underneath my roof, which was rotting. Their warranty is only 2 years but I did not discover that the wood was not replaced during install until just into the 3rd year when I started having issues. I called with questions and was told someone would call me back, but no one did. Then when I called back a week later a manager wouldn't even come to the phone - makes the customer service person go back and forth between us ten times - horrible service ... read more
Someone decided to have an employee meeting by flooring, first thing she said was "I'm back from vacation ", that sounds important. Was looking for anyone that could help us locate something in plumbing (thanks Steve for your assistance) while flooring area was popping balloons and talking birthdays at the employee meeting. I'm thinking Someone needs to learn about priorities when calling for meetings. Won't be back.
This McMinnville, Oregon store is amazing!!! Customer service is tops. Three employees asked if we needed help during our 30 minutes there. STEVE was beyond helpful. Needed a lock keyed and he literally rekeyed it for us in 5 minutes instead of us having to do it. Adding to another visit later Macy helped with another item and Alex was another helpful fun employee!!! Will use this location for ALL our home improvement needs and will ask for Steve!!
