Worst customer service ever. As a person that has an LLC. Their return policy is BS. Manager won’t even come to talk to you in person. Won’t ever come back to this awful place, I’ll spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at Home Depot.
Myself Personally I will continue to Shop at Lowe's, they are reasonable with their Prices and I always get what I need, they have had everything in Stock when I needed it and they're Pricing is my Favorite Part they are Cheaper than any other place close by!!!
The people are wonderful! The clerk knew his water heaters and was able to guide us for our constraints. When I asked about tankless he referred us to a more knowledgeable guy about them, and provided us excellent information quickly and concisely. When I asked about panels not in their shelf, Todd dropped everything to bring down a new set. Great customer service! And they copy keys quickly and efficiently. When I needed Teak Oil, the clerk walked me directly to the product!
Key machine worked flawless.
