On June 18 we came from Mobile to the Pascagoula MS store to buy some retaining wall blocks. The blocks we needed were on an upper level shelf that needed the forklift to get down. The store was very busy and short handed. CJ the Store Manager went the extra mile to get us the blocks we needed, helped us load the blocks in the truck. Even gave us some water to help with the mid day heat. Thank you CJ for all your help today
I type this review as I’m sitting here waiting on someone to cut me some 12/2 wire. I’ve asked 3 different employees for help over the last 45 minutes and each one “called” the person that is supposed to be helping me. I’m still waiting, Pascagoula really needs a different home improvement store, Home Depot would be great. All and all Lowe’s Pascagoula sucks.
They have a greater selection on plants and the workers actually are around to help
I love the Lowe's in Pascagoula..The painting department is always so helpful and on point. Today I was looking for compound mud and sheet rock /dry wall. Jakody and Dylan were so kind and helpful. I really want to say how professional and curtious they are. Thank you Lowe's, I will be back.
