The bearded guy, Ashley, needs a raise and a promotion. I've been there several times over the last few days, and he is the only helpful person in the store. I've witnessed him with other customers, and he helped me solve a plumbing issue even though he is not a plumbing expert. Sad that Lowes doesn't hire more experts anymore and seems to only be hiring kids who don't care if they help you or not.
Store staff are racists trained to lie before they're trained to help you. Need lumber cut? The machine is broken - unless you ask someone else and eventually someone will do it. Need to pick up an order? Photo ID required - unless you're white. Need to exit the front door to grab your wallet? Sorry, exit only - unless, again, you're white in which case no problem. Lowe's has a problem at their S.W. Charlotte location and it's embarrassing.
