Today 9/12/25 I went in to the store looking to buy a hot water heater. Confused and not knowing what to buy I was approched by Atlantis Johnson. She is Lowe's "HOPE DIAMOND". I have NEVER EVER had an associate from any store to give such extraordinary customer service. She was compassionate and took the utmost pride in helping not only me but even her coworkers.
