Do not use Lowe's, especially in Destin! It has been 1 year and they demanded I pay in full for 3 windows. I still do not have the correct undamaged windows. I call the store after the 2nd delivery of the wrong and damaged windows and they said I had to start all over again. The Manager of the Millworks, Dan hung up on me. I needed assistance for Vertical Blinds & I didn’t have to say too much & she immediately gave me a Solution. She, not only Courteous, but very knowledgeable & Friendly!! I just left the Destin store, I get that tensions are high, but please train the gentleman you currently have working in the Garden section with the Bears shirt on, in customer service. He is horrendous, miserable and a “plastic sheet Nazi.” The poor guys out loading pine straw were super helpful and apologized on his behalf. He has no business working in your store.
Went in with a must have need, after visiting the other place and them trying to sell me the most expensive fridge in stock I ended up at Lowe’s. So glad I did! I ended up buying the one I wanted in the box! No floor models and not the most expensive. Josh took his time and found our fridge, loaded it on our trailer and showed us where the trailer straps were. I will drive the distance to come here from now on!

Ordered a door through Lowe's in the middle of August and was told that it would be installed the end of August or beginning of September. September 20th rolls around, no door and no contact about our door to schedule installation has been made. We called to ask about our order and find out that the door has been sitting in the store for over a week. Wow. A 2.8 out of 5 star. Maybe I know why now. I got fence posts and stepping stones delivered yesterday and paid $79 for delivery. I open the fence posts and they're filthy, disgusting and appear to have mold on them. I need to fix the posts now, not pressure wash some filthy boards prior to using them. Then the paperwork says I can return them.....I CAN RETURN THEM? Will I be seeing a return of half the delivery, at least?
