Went today to buy some sheetrock asked the lady at the register if some one could help me i just had surgery on my shoulder (Lee) i believe this was her name than came Nate this gut was great would not let me help him at all pulled it walked it to the register for me and than loaded my truck a lot of things go un noticed during the busy day but these two employee's made my day showing there is still people that care
We remolded our bathroom. I bought a toilet on March 24th. It was installed about 2 weeks ago. It had a leak under the toilet. After many wax rings with no fix, I finally called a plumber because I thought it might be a flange. That was 550 dollars. Then a day or so later it was leaking again.. I called the plumber and he said he thinks its the toilet. Put in new toilet and no leak. So I do a online return. it said take it to Lowes and show this bar code. I was a solid Lowes guy years ago. They are so bad at the Lebanon, Ohio store that it can become a part time job trying to give them money. I spent over two hours trying to buy an electric dryer over the phone. Bad management is killing them.
I purchased a door from the Lehi Lowe’s. I gave them the dimensions I needed and they sold me a door that was too big. I do not have a truck anymore unfortunately so they had to deliver it. After waiting four hours for the delivery window, the driver never showed. The driver was two hours late. When I found out the door would not fit I called and they said they would come get it. After four hours of them not showing up I had to and call them again and they said they would come get it next week. Surprise surprise they didn’t ... read more
I I would like to recognize two outstanding staff members in the paint department, Dom and Oscar. They helped me in a way that no one else could and truly went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made a big difference in my experience. Because of them, I will not go anywhere else but Lowe’s for anything I may need in the future. Thank you for having such a exceptional employees!
A very bad experience. My hot water heater died as the result of a burst pipe in my home. I called Lowes to obtain a replacement. They had one delivered and assured me that their installers would get everything installed for me. Ever since the installation of the new hot water heater through the installation company (called 800 Heaters), I have had trouble with my hot water. DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS ESTERO LOWES!! And especially do not buy a pressure washer! They have only a 48 hour return allowance for A LOT of item in their store! Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot just down the street! They are less expensive than lowes on most items and will NEVER hassle you on returns!
This store LACkS in Customer Service starting with the Customer Service desk, employees & Assistant Manager. DO NOT PLACE ON-LINE ORDERS & EXPECT TO PICK UP USING THEIR LOCK BOX. IT DOESN'T WORK & YOU GET Their answer."I don't know why it's not giving you your order"! My reason for ordering on-line & the lock box pick up is to SAVE TIME. In/Out of the store BUT when you can't retreive your merchandise, its NOW A TIME CONSUMING EVENT JUST TO RECEIVE A CREDIT & GO ELSEWHERE (HOME DEPOT) TO PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM
