Curbside pickup order... could not check on with apo or email due to technical difficulties on Lowes website. Called the store while sitting outside and provided my order number. Placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally walked in store and asked about order and showed my phone so they could see how long I was on hold. Store rep said pickup person was at lunch. Really??? Then he just stood there and stared at my phone! WOW!
I just bought a new house and needed everything from area rugs, showerheads, shower curtain, washer/dryer, stove, livingroom, kitchen and 3 bedrooms curtains/hardware, I finally received my delivery. The front door had to come off due to the refrigerator. But, the refrigerator kept going on and off. The 1st delivery folks said it was my plugin being wired wrong. As always excellent customer service!! I was kind of afraid it was the first time I've been in a store since covid hit... as soon as I got to the Garden area all of your employees had messed and we're following all covid-19 protocols which made me feel so much more at ease!! I fell in love with all of the flowers and all of the trees I wanted everything.... your store always looks amazing!
After several visits to the Martinsville, VA Lowe's location I would not recommend this location to anyone. This location has terrible customer service and communication. In trying to make purchases the associates lacked knowledge in the items that I needed to purchase and they didn't communicate their delivery policy. This location treats every customer as if they are a licensed professional and if you aren't you just have to figure out how things are suppose to operate.
I placed an online order to avoid browsing the store. I showed up to pick it up at customer service, and there's only one employee working it. I get behind the person that's being helped and end up waiting for over ten minutes, line forming behind me (other customers behind me not minding their six feet, naturally), while employees mill about doing a lot of nothing. yesterday April 06 there were 5 customers in the Hardware section of the store...200 + people in the Flower section. This is why the COVA-19 virus is spreading. you people suck
Yall need to close this store down. Management does NOT care about the safety and health of their employees or their customers. Why haven't y'all posted that there was a confirmed case of Coronavirus with one of your employees here in Martinsville, VA? Employees with high risk health issues are given the run around about getting a leave of absence. ALL of your employees should call in sick every day until y'all get the picture.!!!!
