I have made 2 large purchases with the Lewis, DE Lowes in the past couple of months. I encountered issues with both orders/deliverys. The customer service at this store is the worst I have ever encountered. Despite multiple request on the phone and in the sore to talk to the store manager, I have not been able to do so.
I placed an order online on April 29 and on May 27 the order was canceled and my account was credited without me knowing it. I have tried to contact them by phone at their Lewes De store and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. My business will be going to Home Depot from here on out. They don’t even qualify for a one star review.
