TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered a $2k fridge and when it wasn't delivered in the window THEY set, I had to call and ask about it. It was returned with no explanation. We had to go to the store to ask. They don't have that fridge anymore, and were only willing to take $200 off the floor display that was dirty, scratched, and had been running for over 6 months. Employees are not treated well here. Poor management, and it shows.
I called the Lowe’s in Mt Pleasant TX last night to ask if they had a Toro zero turn mower in stock. They did but said they’d have to find the key to it. The lady was pleasant, got my number, found the key, and called me back to let me know they found the key, and I was very appreciative. I had a friend of mine drive with me this morning, as I needed his trailer to pick up the mower (25 miles away). I got there, and they said they had no key to any Toro mower, despite having many in stock, including several for sale outside ... read more
