Very knowledgeable staff in garden center. Plants looked good and healthy!
The staff are lazy, 3 people,standing around ,,I had to find someone to help and I was wanting mini pine bark nuggets...they were Stacked to the top,thank god for one nice lower,s employee....customer service is crap
Tool inventory always low, needed 13 mm wrench, was going to buy a set of just metric wrenches, but they were out, and didn't have just the wrench, it was out of stock to. Had to go to Home Depot which I hate. I spend a lot of money with Lowe's, but if they don't get better, I'll go elsewhere!
I want to thank Charles Temples for excellent customer service. My husband and I were there last Sunday. Mr. Temples was very helpful and knowledgable about the products we asked about. I appreciate the fact he was very pleasant and did not mind helping us.
Lowes on platt springs you suck!!! Sat at customer service for 30 min trying to get two ladies to answer one question for me and they just give me the number to a customer service line and walk away!!!! Not to mention no one ever answered the customer service line!!! Get better employees who aren't lazy!!!
Prices are much higher than competitors. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly.
