Today I walked by countless staff and most were not even working, and none spoke to me or any other customer that I saw. I checked out through the self checkout line, which was the only checkout line even open. There were 4 female staff members up front talking amongst themselves, paying no attention to customers at all!!! I have to wonder, what do they get paid for?? Positive things, it’s close to my house and I always find what I need. �
They never have their staff working. I paid for my master bedroom to be carpet. My room and my kids room could be carpeted with amount of carpet I have left and all I get is idk idk. Wth

I purchased alot of lumber today and a guy named TJ helped me load my truck, I've been going to this Lowes since it opened and no one has ever offered to help me load anything, so today was a good experience
I had a big purchase and the young lady did a great job getting me great deals and took her time to make sure I got everything I needed now just waiting for my delivery.
The staff are always great! The two Mr. Jim's, Amy, Cass and Sammy, among a bumch of others have always been helpful, personable, knowledgeable, amd willing to go the extra. Now for Lowes installation.....never again!!! I habe spent over $20k in the month of February, took forever, to gwt installs scheduled, and the final project---the smallest one--- Lowes and Keller Interiors have in a few short hours DESTROYED my kitchen!
