Don`t display items you don`t have in stock or at least put a "Not in Stock" sign on the items. Sell the display model if you don`t have a new one in stock for God sakes. waited three weeks for my dryer after the washer was installed. Let people know that that have to buy an installation kit before you deliver! Not to mention that they can`t get the pedestal for the dryer for another period of time! Economy Furniture or Home Depot might be a better alternative!

Stay away. Non existent customer service. They say it is a corporate rule When I called corporate they disagreed. Lost time and gas .Ruined weekend. Again do not waste your time at this poor excuse for a store. If I could give them a negative number I would.
The store manager is never around employees are not helpful or friendly, to long of a horror story with them to go into. Home Depot will always be my spot walked in there door had employees asking me if I needed help I about fell out.
A friend of mine and i went so she coukd buy a grill. So here we are 2 women looking for a grill. She found one. Paid $300. So i pull up to the front in my husbands pick up for it to be loaded. And my friend has to help the guy load it. A heavy grill and she has to help him load it it. Unbelievable.
Please someone tell me why it took my 79 year old grandmother 7 days to get an in stock washing machine and then when they thought they were there to deliver they were there to pick up the non working washer with no new washer !!! Called 800 number talked with a lady and she called and they said there was a miscommunication with the paperwork they would send the washer right away then called the 800 number again before the washer got there and the different woman talked to said it’s right here no miscommunication they simply... read more
