LONG POST: Lowe’s (red bank) has THE worst customer service. We went to go pick up our oven this morning, that we ordered online yesterday, after receiving the email saying it was ready. It was NOT ready. Waited an hour for someone to bring it from the back... to the front to load it in our truck. That’s fine. They’re busy. I can understand a little wait but an hour? so my husband and I are redoing our bathroom and Lowes in Red Bank didn't have everything we needed so the woman said they could get it from Harbison by Wednesday on 9/2/20 and we ordered it on 8/30/20 and she would call us and let us know when it came in. Warning. Do not use Lowe's curbside pick up unless your idea of a good time is sitting in your car for nearly half an hour after being told 3 times that they're on their way out with your stuff. And then, when they finally come out, a young woman with no clue about customer service or how far six feet is comes to your drivers window and argues with you and says you have to come inside to sign because you're card isn't working. Contacted Lowe’s 2 weeks ago. Rep. Lisa Will came out and we discussed what we wanted done. All sorts of we can do this and I recommend that, but to date no estimate. This front deck project would have turned into a large home repair product if they would have made some form of contact. Nope. Two weeks and I have not heard a word from Lowe’s or Ms. Will. I guess my $13,000 isn’t good enough for Lowe’s. I hate Home Depot, but it looks like they’re the way to go.
Could not find what I needed n no one to help
Ordered curbside pickup twice because I am high risk. Was notified my order was ready. Get to the store and they can't find it both times- had to go into customer service and wait where half the employees either weren't wearing a mask or had it pulled down to their chin. I am done ordering from Lowes.

Worst location I've ever been in. Lines are always ridiculously long. Never a manager available any where, any time. Expect to be ignored. Stood in line to get a price difference corrected for 20 minutes only to be told I had to go take a photo of the lower price in the store, come back and stand for another 20 minutes. We are on day 2 of waiting for additional information, manager call, on a oven. In the day of N95 mask shortages, see employees wearing them while working in hardware.
