I bought two GE 12,000 BTU window acs on June 11th. I called the 15th and asked if I could bring one in I purchased last week in the original box to swap for another. I was told yes. I went in the 16th andcwad told it can not be returned due to mishandling! HOW DO YOU MISHANDLE AN ITEM IN THE ORIGINAL BOX? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
