Went to Lowes on September 12, 2025 at about 6:15pm. I go to Lowes about two to three times a week and spend about three hundred dollars a week. Most of the employees are very nice. I am 67 years of age. On this date, there was an employee named CAMERON who was standing guard at the self-checkout area. I applied with Lowe's and was actively pursued for employment. I was even offered a position within 30 minutes after my initial in person interview but declined because the hours didn't fit. Even after that, they continued to reach out to me for other opportunities. Everything was moving forward until my background check came back. I bought two GE 12,000 BTU window acs on June 11th. I called the 15th and asked if I could bring one in I purchased last week in the original box to swap for another. I was told yes. I went in the 16th andcwad told it can not be returned due to mishandling! HOW DO YOU MISHANDLE AN ITEM IN THE ORIGINAL BOX? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought a Maytag washer from Lowe's on 5/27/25, and they delivered it on Friday 5/30/25. It broke down this past Monday, 3 days later! Lowe's would not accept a return or refund my money as their policy is within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery and it broke on day 3! Maytag will only repair it and cannot for at least 3-4 weeks due to parts backlog. It seems this washer has a breakdown issue according to the authorized repair service. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service at this Lowe’s location is terrible. I placed an order at a different Lowe’s, but the items had to be fulfilled by this store. Not only did they send me the wrong items, but they went ahead and delivered them anyway—and refused to take them back. Instead, they told me I had to move everything out to the street for pickup, even though it was their mistake. While visiting your location in Moore ok I had some wood cut up by a young man name Omar I would like everyone to know this young man went above and beyond to cut my wood correctly after doing so he wiped the wood off place in on the cart for me shook my hand and thanked me for coming also I would like everyone to know he was trained very well in safety I observed him getting his safety glasses and ear covering and practicing safety skills be extremely careful and watchful. Over the years I have lost confidence in Lowes but gave them another try with an installed privacy fence order. I did not want to deal with an installer directly if there were any issues. I "assumed" the sales person would handle any issues. Wrong. Lowes has a "customer care" system that inundate you with bot calls and never allows you to speak to the same person. Yesterday, my brother and I went to Lowe's in Concord, NC to pick up some items we needed for a home project. After shopping, we headed to the self-checkout counter.
