This is more of an observation and recommendation , I moved here in 2021 and the way this place looks from then to know is a huge difference. It looks very unorganized and unkept. Today when I went there and every isle either looked dirty or looked unorganized. The sale isle you couldn’t really pass through because of the pallets in the way. The title Lowe's home improvement, is for the people who come in once a year and have no idea what they're looking for or how to fix it. Now, for the people like me, the ones who don't work there but can tell you what aisle it's on and how to repair it, I call this place "my toys-r-us" store. Because I've been in there so often I practically know where everything is at, and know how to use it. L.H.I. is my second home. Great staff, management and service.
Fantastic service
Purchased a dryer from here and asked for it to be delivered. The delivery man did a very poor quality, not allowing me to check and see if they delivered it correctly. The back hose for the hot air was completely installed incorrectly. The delivery man ended up leaving and I was forced to correct their mistakes when I called the store. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do because they have a third-party company come and deliver their appliances.
