I purchased appliances from the Hannibal Lowe's store. When the delivery came, it was missing one appliance, it did not have all the cords that were purchased, and the refrigerator was leaning. The next day after the appliances were delivered, I called the 800 number given to me by the store and was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. I did not.
