On April 29, 2026, I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s Home Improvement in LaFollette, Tennessee, for $2,160 cash. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most frustrating retail experiences I have ever had. The first refrigerator leaked water shortly after installation due to a faulty connection.
