I purchased a refrigerator delivered from Lowes in Troutman NC.. I paid for removal of the old refrigerator. The movers damaged my tongue and groove wall. I have been calling since April 2023 and have been promised action and a return call each time. I have spoken to the appliance department and two different managers.
