I bought fridge and dishwasher. fridge was scratched when I brought it home. Lowes worker flipped dishwasher off dolly. got it installed and it almost caught my house on fire and flooded the floor. The so-called protection Plan Lowes sold me was worthless. I used to buy up to 1,000 dollars a month on construction materials at Lowes. They have definitely lost my business.
I purchase a stove from Lowe's in Laurel it went out within 6 mos. I call Lowe's and they stated to me it's nothing they can do, so I went by one day after work to talk to the manger she stated And The guy manger said it's nothing can be done, I was highly upset a brand new stove going out less then 6months and Lowe's can't replace it. the cashier in customer service gives me a 800 number it was worthless a piece of crap? about like Lowe's and there policies on new appliance don't stand behind there products? RecommendedI recently was shopping for a refrigerator at Lowe's in Laurel. I wanted to give out a praise for several people that helped me in this process. BIG shout out for Corina in appliances for helping me find a refrigerator during this COVID time which as caused so many items to be out of stock. Do not bother with curbside pickup. I checked in on the app prior to my arrival, let them know what spot I was parked in. Also called four different times. Each time I was hung up on or the phone was layed down on the counter while they checked out customers. This happened twice for over six min each time until I just hung up. Had to end up going in the store and wait. The entire process was over 45 min. Completely unprofessional. Will not be back to Lowe’s of Laurel.
We have had the worst time trying to do business at this Lowe's. Everything we needed to build a fence was in stock at the Laurel Lowe's online so we ordered it with guaranteed 2-day delivery. The confirmation came in to state that the order wouldn't be delivered for 3 weeks. This wasn't acceptable since the people build in my fence were coming in one week. thay have a wonderful store, i go there for all my furniture ,for my yard ad porch..
This is the absolute worst store I have ever been in. The employees look at you with disdain, as though you are annoying them. They are rude and belligerent! And obnoxious! I’ll never spend my money there again! The employee, Phatt, has no business dealing with the public. There is a Grizzly Adams looking dude named Brodie that needs to understand that body odor travels. They will never get my money again.
This place is a toilet. Rude and incompetent staff and management. Take your money and shop at a decent store that will treat its customers with respect.
