Recommendedhad to grab some home repair items from Lowe’s today. Strange times at Lowe’s. Over the intercom they were mentioning “social distancing”. This is the second time Josh has helped me, he is really amazing. This time he grabbed my cart, helped me find my items, loaded them in my cart, and when I mentioned how awesome he was, he said “well, the quicker we get you in and out the better”. Dawn Spell helped us with our kitchen remodel. She was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. We went to 2 other competitors and we weren't impressed at all. The people couldn't answer our questions and some acted as if we were bothering them! We came in 3 different times before deciding on the cabinets and countertop, every time Dawn was so nice and helpful, she didn't try to rush us and her expertise made the process less stressful. Good service and price right
We purchased a refrigerator there less than a year ago and the ice maker has gone out. I called today for repair and was told it would be three weeks before a repairman could come to our home. I feel three weeks is unacceptable.
PSI & PSE - Interior & exterior contractors & partners do less than inferior/poor work. They’re for the contractors/partners & not the consumers. 90k later & we are now in the courts. Run. Run away fast. Get your own contractor that has the ability to pull permits, because they’re licensed & can do so. If a pic is worth a 1000 words, I’ve got plenty.
