Had a horrible experience in this Lowes store that cost me 2 hours of frustration with no resolution to my problems. I purchased a water heater here about 2 years ago and it started having issues. It still heated water but only about enough for one short shower at a time. I called the manufacturer and they gave me a warranty/service number as well as parts numbers to take in to Lowes to get replacement parts. My wife and sister in-law was at the Farmington Missouri yesterday. They got great service, especially from Brian. They were getting electrical supplies and didn’t know a lot about it. Brian came to the rescue several times. They also mentioned how patient Bonnie at check out was. Thank them both from Connie and Kimberly!!
