Had a horrible experience in this Lowes store that cost me 2 hours of frustration with no resolution to my problems. I purchased a water heater here about 2 years ago and it started having issues. It still heated water but only about enough for one short shower at a time. I called the manufacturer and they gave me a warranty/service number as well as parts numbers to take in to Lowes to get replacement parts. Horrible service for installation of washer ! Cut hose. Messed up valve, water pouring downstairs, installer said call a plumber! If they didn't know what they were doing. Should not have touched. We have no water now to even use toilets! Wth? . Managers and customer service are worthless. Never use them again! Now trying to find plumber WE have to pay for!!

I find a lot of things for working on my home there and the personnel have always been nice.
Dec 3rd 2019 order washer a dryer set was lied to about stock, waited over 2 months for it to be made in Korea. Finally got Feb 14th 2020 . Dryer has a $68.00 fan haft to take it back they sell what they can’t repair or warranty . Horrible support , employees play games running people around the store looking for items when the employees know were it’s at. Got transferred and hung up on several times. My wife and sister in-law was at the Farmington Missouri yesterday. They got great service, especially from Brian. They were getting electrical supplies and didn’t know a lot about it. Brian came to the rescue several times. They also mentioned how patient Bonnie at check out was. Thank them both from Connie and Kimberly!!
Delivery man awesome. Checkout people awesome. Customer Service Desk tonight on July 1 @5:20pm SUCKED. I had almost 200 80lb bags of concrete delivered to my home for a project. 9 bags had either got wet or had been torn and spilled out. I couldn't get credit back for those bags because I did not bring them all back with me. HELLO?! I should have brought back missing powder or giant 80lb bricks? That's what I was told. terrible customer service
My husband bought a washer less than 2 months ago. We had to have a service call today the motor is bad and they have to order a new one! Now I have to rent a washer until my part comes in. I’m not a happy customer!
