Just want to say thumbs up for the great customer service of lil lady named Star in plumbing (Shawnee, OK) shes extremely helpful and can work from pictures too. She just goes above and beyond like customer service from the old days! Lowes should give this girl a raise and never let her go! So refreshing and gives me hope that workers still exist that want to do quality work versus just draw a paycheck.
This place has awful service!!! I had to ask several times for help. The guy that knew what I needed was too busy to help me because he was mopping. A women who doesn't work the dept. tried to find what I needed. They don't care to make customers happy. Those days are gone I guess.
