We purchased a new appliance and were promised a next day delivery and install. We had purchased the appliance with the intent to install it ourselves but they sold us on the next day install and haul away option. Great! But the install didn't happen next day. 9 days later it is installed. The installer was great, but we feel a bit mislead and mistreated.
