BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. they sell broken appliances on purpose and it is a major major hassle to get any resolve. I really hate this store now. Really unfortunate. Do not recommend shopping here. *your customer care number you provided only referred me back to the store to get resolve. Their resolve was that I buy a new appliance ! Never let Lowe’s install French doors or any door the worst job I’ve ever seen done and cost me way to much.
