My experience with the staff at the Moses Lake Lowe's location has been consistently disappointing. The level of customer service and product knowledge demonstrated by several employees has fallen well below expectations. In addition, interactions with staff have often come across as unprofessional and discourteous. As a result, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and will no longer shop at this location.
