Getting someone to help you at Corbin Lowe's is like pulling teeth. The guys all stand around together talking or on their phones, or they drive around on their forklifts, doing nothing.
NeVER LET LOWES INSTALL YOUR CARPET” ITS JUST LIKE THEY GO ASK RANDOM PEOPLE ON THE STREET TO COME DO THE JOB FOR THEM! Literally!!! My carpet WAS NOT STRETCHED TIGHT AND ITS A HORRIBLE JOB! When I ask them to come back and fix it they said I was one day too late” and I would have to pay as much as it cost to get new carpet! �
My family has been without a refrigerator since 3/10/18. In 2015 We bought an LG side by side with the 5 year extended warranty! Well now we have a broken refrigerator (compressor out) and they say it won’t be fixed until 3/28/18 meanwhile the new compressor is laying in my kitchen floor where the tech had it sent to our home. Called Lowe’s to see if they could help us get it fixed sooner and they told us we were without the fridge more than five days and that was unacceptable and that they were going to help by doing a buy ... read more
My husband and I drove to Lowes in Corbin KY tonight to ask for help with ordering a couple of sets of interior doors. Customer Service means a lot to me and I get disappointed often but not tonight!!! Mr Josh Holland saw us standing and waiting , he immediately helped us with our needs. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge and his desire to make sure he answered all of our questions and that we ordered exactly what we wanted! Worked at Lowe's, putting Mums up with a co-worker!
I bought a pedestal sink from Lowes and no one has been able to help me purchase a mounting kit for my sink!!!! I went into one of the locations near me and the employee there totally ignored me and told me I didn't have a clue.... Now every time I have company over I have to make an announcement to not touch the sink for fear that it will fall over and break! I hate the fact that I ever wanted to improve my home and chose Lowes to make the purchase.... Buyer beware they don't stand behind what they sell....
Sold washer and dryer, did not inform me I needed new hose and cord. Refuse to install. I now have 800 space takers and have to spend more money to have installed
