Worst customer service ever. Not enough checkout capable employees. Don't go on a Saturday for sure!
This USE to be my favorite Lowes, but not after today! I worked all day to get these 4 dead bushes up still have tags on them , that I bought and planted last fall along with A LOT more shrubs. I hauled them myself back and they wasn’t light! The manager asked if I had a receipt, I said no. It’s from last fall but I have all the tags on them. He said to bring them in. I did lug them all in.
