Absolutely, horrible experience. I bought a grill and it was out of stock but I paid for it on 5/27. I was told that it would be in that night, assembled, and ready for p/u on 5/28. It's 5/31 and have spent 50+minutes calling the store only to have customer service pick up the phone and just hang up. They don't even bother saying hello, can you hold, etc. They just hang up. The thing is I already PAID for the item and no one wants to even help.

was just at lowes Florence ky bought 8 more bags of mulch there was no one to help me and my daughter load the mulch so we did it our selves put it on dolly and I hit my leg on the dilly which was rusty and dirty and tore the skin off a place on my leg no one would help us load it im 67 and that was really heavy stuff
my husband and I just bought $1000 tool cabinets. The employees on the floor were very helpful but the ones helping us load were not friendly and had to be asked multiple times to help us out. Service is inconsistent.
