Update: 3/1/26 Companies are truly measured not by an individual issue that may occur but by how they handle/address them. Lowes demonstrated to me that they are a company that listens and responds to their customers. The issue that I had below with a service contract although a huge inconvenience was addressed in a quick and professional manner and I want to thank Lowes for taking care of me. Locked their doors at 8:58 when they closed at 9 when I just needed hand warmers. Guy said he didn’t want to lose his job to let me just purchase hand warmers even though he knew it would be an easy sale to help the community. Guess I have to go to your competitor
