I bought a lot of money worth of trees and garden/yard essentials last year. The trees are supposed to have a year guarantee. One of one of the trees I bought died. The jerks today refused to give me back a refund for the dead tree. I feel totally unvalued and burned by them. I know they had really burned my uncle badly on a major major house project. Now I joined with the rest of my family in boycotting this company because they cannot be trusted, especially this location. What horrible human beings I had to deal with today... read more

My wife and I as new homebuyers are having a new basement alteration from unfinished to finished, and Jeff and Jazzy at the Orchard Parkway location in Thornton, Colorado were magnificent in assisting us to find the bathroom equipment we needed, helping us with the check-out, and even helping us move the heavy pieces into my truck.
